For large villas, extensive grounds or multiple buildings; homes needing more inspection time, additional visits, a customised checklist or more complex care.
Scope, visit frequency, duration and price are assessed and agreed individually.
Request a Tailored QuoteFixed-price plans are subject to standard service suitability. Visit dates are agreed individually; four visits per month does not guarantee exact weekly spacing. Plan prices include VAT. Distant-property travel charges are quoted individually and require your approval before charge. Care includes 1 standard pre-arrival visual check annually; Complete includes 2. Included visits are counted when completed. Bill administration is Complete only and requires written authorisation. Third-party charges are separate and require owner approval. Bills support does not involve sharing online banking credentials or holding customer money. No payment is taken here.

An agreed visual checklist covers accessible interior and exterior areas. Observed concerns are recorded with photographs. A typical visit is approximately 30–45 minutes, subject to the property and agreement.
Will I receive photographs after each visit?
Each scheduled inspection is intended to include a professional branded PDF report with photographs, checklist observations and any issues or recommended next steps. The sample shown here is illustrative.
Are you a private security service?
No. Chania Property Watch provides property-care visits and reporting. It does not offer security patrols, continuous monitoring, alarm response guarantees or protection against loss.
Are the displayed prices final and inclusive of VAT?
Monthly prices are €59, €89 and €169; the Tailored Plan is quoted individually. Prices include VAT. Any distance-related travel charge is quoted individually and approved before charge. No payment is taken in this preview.
Which areas do you cover?
Indicative areas include Chania Town, the nearby western coast, Akrotiri, Apokoronas and Kissamos. Feasibility and any travel charge must be confirmed for the exact address.
